We can either help with mediation, enabling communication between both parties to resolve their differences. Our role will be to facilitate the discussion of the issue and to assist you in developing a workable solution. We'll not be there to tell you what to do and will not make any decisions on your behalf.

Or we can consider all sides of the argument and issue our legal opinion and solution decision and if you have attended mediation to address a dispute, we can help you enforce a judgement if the other party fails to comply with its requirements.
